Our Gangmasters licenced service currently provides staff for roles including production line operatives, bottling hall staff, machine operators, hand packers, labellers, quality supervisors, stores personnel, rework staff and other roles covered under the GLAA accreditation.
With a genuine 24hrs service, allied to our local branch network enables our clients to further enhance the reputation of the local food and drink these islands are famed for throughout the world.

The Warehouse & Industrial division is focused on supplying forklift truck drivers, warehouse personnel, production operatives and other blue collar ‘support staff’ into the supply chain our Industrial team and experts in the recruitment and retention of personnel into these areas.
Working with a specialist, local agency means that our clients and candidates receive the best possible career advice and service standards, including compliance training and access to training and development courses. And we even have separate on-call for this division.
And of course, the warehouses that keep the logistics industry running operate 24hrs a day, 7 days a week – and so do we.
Our logistics division provides Drivers, Travelling Crew, Transport Management and Office staff to some of the major names in the local & national transport industry on a temp & perm basis. This is a specialist department within Sure due to the legal requirements specifically required for Transport.
Every Logistics consultant working for Sure has been trained in all relevant areas, such as Drivers Hours, Working Time and O licence requirements. Indeed, we have HGV drivers, Driver’s CPC trainers and Operator CPC holders currently working in the business as Recruitment Consultants.
Our 24 hrs a day service matches the demands of Logistics and we are also members of the Freight Transport Association.
