HGV Class 2 driver

We are working with our client who is a well known distribution company delivering DIY products to customers all over Ireland. We are looking a HGV Class 2 driver to join the expanding team based in Holywood Exchange.

The job will be delivering DIY products with a helper to addresses mainly in Northern Ireland but this may be extended to the Republic of Ireland depending on workload.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 0730hrs to 1630hrs and Friday 0730hrs to 1500hrs.

Overtime will be available when client demand increases.

Essentials

The successful candidate must have the following driver cards:

-A valid UK driver licence with category C (and with 3 penalty points or less)

-A valid Digicard

-A valid Driver CPC card

As the role is customer facing it is expected that the successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and therefore should be able to deal with any issues at the point of delivery.

This role is full time with the client and benefits will include additional training (if required).
