Sure Recruitment are currently looking for a Class 1 Shunter driver for our client based in Shieldhall.
This is a temporary to permanent position spanning 12 weeks through ourselves with a full time contract on the 13th week for the right candidate.
Shunting curtainsided trailers on & off bays/into sheltered sheds to be loaded. This job is fairly manual as you a required to undo curtains and tie in/strap loads.
Job Type : Class 1 Shunter
Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday
Shift Times : 0600 – 1700 (0600 – 1600 on a Friday)
Pay Rate : £14.30 – £15.50 P/H PAYE
Candidate Criteria :
- Valid Class 1 Licence (or relevant previous shunting experience
- Own Transport due to shift times and location
- Previous Class 1 Driving experience or Shunting experience is essential.
