Sure Recruitment Livingston are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join one of Scotland’s faster growing packing companies.
The Role:
Liaising between customers and the internal purchasing, logistics and external field team. You will be dealing with inbound customer enquiries, processing sales orders and assisting the external sales executives. Build rapport with new and current customers, understand their needs and apply first class service while identifying new opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Salary : £28k plus additional Performance Related Bonus of up to £7200
Main duties:
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, effectively maintaining profitability
Dealing with incoming customer queries and providing advice & solutions
Undertaking outbound activity to help identify and target new customers
Working closely with and supporting the external sales team
Administration of sales orders/quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
In dialogue daily with key suppliers
Regular use of internal CRM system, Sales & LinkedIn
Closely liaising with logistics and procurement

The role is based in the Livingston office, working Monday to Friday. Position starts immediately. Applicants will initially be screened, followed by a telephone interview and face to face interview.
