HGV Driver Class 1 – Hospital Deliveries – Larkhall

Sure Recruitment (Group) are looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers to work with this extremely valuable client in the Larkhall area.

This client works on behalf of the NHS to ensure that critical PPE supplies find their way to hospitals up and down Scotland.

Manual handling is involved as all PPE is stored in cages so the drivers will have to move stock but it’s nothing too heavy.

Shift Patterns: Sunday to Thursday, or Monday to Friday

Shift Times: Days, Backs and Nightshift available

Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.75phr PAYE

Requirements:

No major licence endorsements (DR’S Etc.)

For this particular contract you would need to have held your licence for minimum 1 year and this is purely down the client’s insurance criteria, but FULL training will be provided to all candidates.

NOTE: Some runs may require the driver to deliver stock in a class 2 and this is solely down to the fact that some hospitals can’t accommodate class 1 trucks.
