Sure Recruitment Livingston are currently looking for a number of Production Operators to join a client in the Grangemouth area. This customer specialises in metal & steelwork so lathe or borer experience is advantageous, however full training will be given for the right candidate.
Main Duties:
- Operating Lathe Machines and Borers
- Inspecting work carried out to ensure this is of a high standard.
- Working as part of a team in order to meet customer expectations.
Candidate requirements:
- Must be able to use own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Good timekeeping
- Familiar with heavy lifting
- Previous experience using the above machinery is preferred
- Must complete a Basic Disclosure check after 8 weeks
Essentials
Shift requirements:
- Monday to Friday.
- 0800 – 1630.
- Flexibility required depending on the needs of the business.
Pay:
- Starting at £11.44 with a salary review depending on experience.
